The Polonnaruwa Vatadage is a building located in the ancient city of Polonnaruwa of Sri Lanka. It is believed that this building was built during the reign of King Maha Parakramabahu to keep the Sacred Relic of the tooth of the Lord Buddha. Vatadage is a scenic circular relic house consisted with artistic architectural features such as moonstones, guard stones and other carvings. Inside the Vatadage there are images of the Lord Buddha.
